THE FOUNDER
Dai Manuel, founder
Dai Manuel, known as Coach Moose, has spent 30 years across many fitness and lifestyle disciplines. He owns CrossFit BC with his wife Christie, hosts The 2% Solution Podcast and founded the LinkedIn group Health & Fitness Industry Professionals, which has more than 90,000 members. He is a former national spokesperson for Canada Beef and Chicken Farmers of Canada.
