One focused day on your gym, remote or in person. We review your numbers, your member journey and your team, and you leave with a written 90-day plan.
Travel is extra outside Vancouver. Your Strategy Day fee is fully credited if you start Monthly Advisory within 30 days.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

- A review of your membership numbers, cancellations, trials and drop-ins.
- A review of your member journey, pricing and team.
- A written 90-day plan with priorities for your gym.
- Five hours of coaching time with Dai for each attendee, valued at CA$1,500.
The coaching is included in your Strategy Day fee, not an extra charge. Use it to work through your plan with Dai.
